Hi fellow taters! Here's everything you need to know about how Mr Tater handles and ships out your potato goodies with care to you.
Processing & Fulfillment
Mr Tater lovingly packs and ships all products from the United Kingdom within 3-5 business days after purchase. Everything is packed in house with extreme potate care and precision.
If there is a delay (like a surprise potate meltdown), we’ll notify you by email.

Mr Tater currently ships worldwide! If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, email us at sirpotate@lilpotates.com — we’ll do our best to make it work.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Mr Tater cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to potential postal, customs, or potate-related delays.
Tracking upgrades are available at checkout. If you want peace of mind and parcel stalking privileges, we recommend choosing tracked shipping. Your tracking number will be emailed once your parcel is ready to ship.
Shipping Costs
All shipping rates are flat rate, whether you buy 1 or 10 potatoes, the price stays the same. Unless you hit the free shipping threshold. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Packaging
Stickers are packaged in a clear protective sleeve and backed with a rigid card insert to prevent bending. Orders are mailed in an eco-conscious sleeve and in a “Do Not Bend” envelope, ensuring each sticker is protected. All packaging is designed to be lightweight, recyclable and emotionally supportive.
Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in your country. LilPotates is not liable for delays or additional charges due to customs processing.
Delays, Lost Orders or Missing Potates

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at sirpotate@lilpotates.com with our order number and we will sort it out as fast as our stubby hands can.
Damaged or missing items? Snap a pic and reach out within 5 days of delivery, we will be happy to replace or refund.
Order Issues & Responsibility

Incorrect Address? Orders lost due to incorrect shipping info cannot be refunded or replaced, so please double-check your details before confirming.

Unclaimed Packages returned to us may incur additional reshipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

Partial Orders may occasionally ship separately. If anything's missing, contact us and we'll help.
Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you made an error or need help, email us as soon as possible at sirpotate@lilpotates.com we’ll do what we can before it ships.
