We want every LilPotate that lands in your mailbox to spark joy. That being said, if something’s gone wrong with your order, we’re here to help!
Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final and non-refundable. Unless your item arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong potate.
Mr Tater will always do what he can to make things right with your order. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at sirpotate@lilpotates.com
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please get in contact with Mr Tater at sirpotate@lilpotates.com and Mr Tater will do all he can to assist. Unless otherwise stated, you will be solely responsible for all postage fees for the return.

Damages & Other Unpotate-y Issues

Please inspect your orders upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or just not the potate you ordered, contact us right away at sirpotate@lilpotates.com.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include clear photos of the damage or error within 5 days of delivery.
Shipping Delays
Once your potate is out in the world, we rely on the postal system to deliver it. LilPotates is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
International Orders & Customs
Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned due to unpaid customs.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, you’ll be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs on returned or refused packages.
Partial Orders

Sometimes items may ship separately. If part of your order is missing, just reach out and Mr Tater will hop into action.
Sale Prices & Promotions
LilPotates love a bargain, but once your order is placed, the price is locked in. Mr Tater does not offer partial refunds or price adjustments if an item goes on sale later. Sale prices only apply during the promotional period.
Refunding Process
If your refund is approved (for example, due to a damaged or incorrect item), it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
